Casual group run from Barre Bohemian studio to Lincoln Park followed by a Yoga Class in the studio!

Cardio is vital to your heart and lung health, and yoga can help mend the inflexibility that plagues most runners. With practice, yoga can prevent injuries and increase runner longevity! Yoga also improves balance, breathing, and mental strength. It’s the perfect complement to your running/walking routine.

Here's how our Run & Flow will go:
Arrive by 11:15am.
We will lock our stuff in the studio and go for a jog!
Start running by 11:30am.
Option for 3 or 4-mile route. We run rain or shine, so bring a water-resistant jacket and embrace the refreshing cold air! All levels are welcome; you are free to run or walk at your own pace.
After our refreshing time outdoors, we'll regroup for a nice Spirit Flow inside our cozy studio! No prior yoga experience is required.

I have a marathon, several half marathons, and probably thousands of miles under my feet. Discovering my yoga practice revolutionized my ability to run farther, faster, and safer. I am overflowing with tips and tricks for new runners, so ask away!
