Run from GasWorks Park (3 & 6 mile options), followed by a 60 minute yoga class in park!

YogaRun Schedule

  • 8:30am - Gather at Gas Works on hill (or in shelter if raining).
  • 9:00am - 6 milers leave for run
  • 9:30am - 3 milers leave for run
  • 10-10:15 - Arrive back from run. Set up mats in Gas Works shelter or on grass depending on weather!
  • 10:15am Yoga Class Starts! If you arrive back after this, no worries! Just join in wherever we are!
  • 11:15am Namaste!
  • After Event: Option to join the group for food and drinks nearby!
